Returns

We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects or if the product is not functioning under normal usage conditions.

Return requests must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be in original condition with packaging and invoice.

• The issue must be related to hardware malfunction under normal use.

• Proof of issue (photo/video) may be required for verification.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Incorrect configuration or driver installation issues

• Incompatibility with the customer’s device

• Slow internet speed due to ISP/router issues

• Physical damage, liquid damage, or burn damage

• Accidental damage or improper handling

Refund / Replacement

After inspection:

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

• If no defect is found, the product will not qualify for return or refund.

Warranty

This product includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, improper installation, or software-related issues.
