Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is not working due to a manufacturing malfunction under normal usage conditions.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• The product is completely non-functional.

• The issue is caused by a manufacturing defect.

• The product has been used under normal circumstances.

• The product is returned with original packaging and invoice.

We do not cover:

• Physical damage

• Liquid damage

• Accidental damage

• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

• Change of mind after purchase

After inspection, if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Warranty

This product includes a 6-Month Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage only.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email once the order is shipped.

Incorrect Address

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 Damaged in Transit

If the package arrives damaged:

• Record an unboxing video

• Report within 24 hours
